Job Title: Assistant Manager

We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at West Bridgford. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily site operations, including ordering, forecasting, and quality control
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year's experience in a hospitality or catering environment
  • Proven management or supervisory experience
  • Passionate about delivering great customer service and food quality
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
