Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at TimePlan Education Group Ltd. This role is ideal for someone with experience and/or a Level 1, 2 or 3 qualification in teaching assistance.

The successful candidate will be required to support students with additional needs in a mainstream school setting, working closely with classroom teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and supporting students with their learning.
  • Provide one-on-one assistance and small group interventions to support students with their academic and social development.
  • Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social and emotional development of students.
  • Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour management strategies.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and other support staff to meet the individual needs of students.

Requirements:

  • Some experience or a relevant teaching assistant qualification (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3).
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN) is highly desirable.
