About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at Connex Education. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a school setting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized support to students, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning or Equivalent Level 2 UK Educational qualification is essential.
  • Previous experience working in Education is essential.
  • A commitment to promoting equality and diversity in the classroom
  • An understanding of child protection and safeguarding guidelines
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Connex Education.
