Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior/Supervising Social Worker to join our team in North East/East of Scotland. As a Senior/Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families, and supervising a team of social workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide social work services to children and families, including assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Supervise and support a team of social workers to ensure high-quality practice and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve social work practice and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with experience in child care and protection.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary of £30,338 - £41,052 per annum, dependent on experience.
