Foster Care Associates Scotland (FCAS) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior/Supervising Social Worker to join our team. As a Senior/Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in foster care. Your role will involve working closely with foster carers, children, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our young people. You will be responsible for assessing and managing risk, developing and implementing care plans, and providing support and guidance to foster carers. You will also be responsible for supervising and supporting a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge. If you are a motivated and experienced social worker looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
