**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled PCB Design Engineer to join our team at Microtech Global Ltd. As a PCB Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing printed circuit boards (PCBs) for our cutting-edge RF Front End Architectures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with our engineering team to create application-specific schematics and develop symbols, footprints, and models for custom components.
  • Design and optimize layouts for PCBs and laminate-based modules, ensuring they are functional and reliable.
  • Establish and maintain Design Rule Checking (DRC) processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
  • Create required documentation to facilitate design reviews and ensure seamless communication with the team.

**Support Functions:**

  • Arrange the timely delivery of off-the-shelf components and coordinate the assembly of our products on test PCBs.
  • Assist with electrical testing of hardware and ensure that all designs meet our quality standards.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience with PCB layouts for RF products and a strong understanding of DRC checking processes.
  • Proficiency with layout software or tools and experience with product development milestone and review processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
