Job Title: PCB Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced PCB Design Engineer to join our team at IC Resources in Cambridge. As a PCB Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex multilayer PCBs, working closely with our Electronics team and collaborating with manufacturers to optimize cost and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop complex multilayer PCBs using Altium.
  • Collaborate with the Electronics team to ensure projects are progressing in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with manufacturers to optimize cost and tools.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, including schematic capture, PCB design, and modifications.
  • Develop and maintain the component library.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with PCB design and development.
  • Understanding of RF layouts and EMI.
  • Experience with Altium and PCB layout.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and control of BOMs.
  • Ability to work closely with the Electronics team and wider business.
