PCB Design Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled PCB Design Engineer to join our team at Sepura Group. As a key member of our PCB Design team, you will be responsible for designing and developing Printed Circuit Boards for our digital radio products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop PCBs for our digital radio products
  • Collaborate with other Development Engineering teams to produce designs for assembled Printed Circuit Boards
  • Manage and report progress to project teams and line manager
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in PCB design
  • Strong knowledge of PCB layout, schematic capture, and post-processing for fabrication and assembly
  • Ability to work methodically to a high level of quality with good attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work with multiple disciplines
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Degree or above in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience with Siemens EDA library management and Altium Designer
  • Knowledge of design for HDI, RF, and high-speed applications
