Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to comprehend their recruitment requirements. Provide expert counsel and support throughout the hiring journey.
  • Comprehensive Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending offers and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
  • Value-Added Initiatives: Lead and engage in projects aimed at refining our recruitment methodologies and promoting our employer brand.
  • Dynamic Environment: Excel in our fast-paced retail setting, managing various priorities and swiftly adapting to evolving demands.
  • Problem Solving: Utilize your initiative and analytical skills to effectively address challenges.

About You

  • Experience: You will possess substantial recruitment expertise, ideally within an internal context. Experience in retail or a comparable fast-paced sector is advantageous.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You will demonstrate strong business partnering abilities and can cultivate and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Flexibility: You will have a proven track record of thriving in a dynamic environment and managing uncertainty with assurance.
  • Office Engagement: You will be expected to work from the office a minimum of three days each week.
