  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to end-users, including remote office and home workers, to resolve IT-related issues and improve overall system performance.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11/Server 2016/2019/2022, Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, IP Networks, Switches & Cabling, Virtualisation (Hyper-v), and Backup Systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, calm under pressure, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
