About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished New Homes Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the West and North Midlands. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Liaise with external and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our new home developments
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £26,000 - £29,000, with on-target earnings (OTE) reaching £50,000 - £55,000
  • Fuel allowance: included as part of your comprehensive salary package
  • Work-life balance: enjoy a structured workweek from Thursday to Monday, allowing for consistent days off

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • New homes property sales experience: previous experience in new homes sales is essential
