Sales Negotiator

About the Role
We are seeking a talented Sales Negotiator to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Sales Negotiator, you will help to build a strong New Homes brand by providing property advice in relation to new homes to everyone from first time buyers to investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times, you will strive to reach departmental sales targets set by the New Homes Manager and Group Sales and Lettings Director.
- Conduct engaging sales viewings and cross-sell additional services.
- Assist in launching new developments onto the market.
- Provide guidance on the Government's Help to Buy Scheme.
- Attend launch events and open days.
- Help to promote marketing collateral for new homes sites and promotions.
- Maintain a fully up-to-date applicant list.
- Carry out New Homes sales progression.
- Support new business proposals and pricing and comparable reports.
Requirements
- A talented property sales professional with previous experience and the ability to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS packages as well as a range of internal systems.
- Excellent communication skills to develop lasting relationships and keep our customers happy.
- A full, valid driving licence.
What We Offer
- A salary of up to £25,000 per annum and OTE of £35,000.
- Uncapped commission.
