About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Negotiator to join our team in Birmingham on a permanent, full-time basis. As a Sales Negotiator, you will help to build a strong New Homes brand by providing property advice in relation to new homes to everyone from first time buyers to investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times, you will strive to reach departmental sales targets set by the New Homes Manager and Group Sales and Lettings Director.
  • Conduct engaging sales viewings and cross-sell additional services.
  • Assist in launching new developments onto the market.
  • Provide guidance on the Government's Help to Buy Scheme.
  • Attend launch events and open days.
  • Help to promote marketing collateral for new homes sites and promotions.
  • Maintain a fully up-to-date applicant list.
  • Carry out New Homes sales progression.
  • Support new business proposals and pricing and comparable reports.

Requirements

  • A talented property sales professional with previous experience and the ability to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS packages as well as a range of internal systems.
  • Excellent communication skills to develop lasting relationships and keep our customers happy.
  • A full, valid driving licence.

What We Offer

  • A salary of up to £25,000 per annum and OTE of £35,000.
