About the Role

We are seeking a talented Sales Negotiator to join our team at Centrick, a leading property management company. As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in building a strong New Homes brand by providing property advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service and strive to reach departmental sales targets
  • Conduct engaging sales viewings and cross-sell additional services
  • Assist in launching new developments onto the open market
  • Provide guidance on the Government's Help to Buy Scheme
  • Attend launch events and open days
  • Help to promote marketing collateral for new homes sites and promotions
  • Maintain a fully up-to-date applicant list
  • Carry out New Homes sales progression
  • Support new business proposals and pricing and comparable reports

Requirements

  • Talented property sales professional with previous experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS packages and internal systems
  • Excellent communication skills to develop lasting relationships
  • Full, valid driving licence
