Join Our Team as an Adult Care Trainer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced care professional to join our team as an Adult Care Trainer. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of care professionals.

About the Role:

As an Adult Care Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to adult care apprentices. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our learners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and education to adult care apprentices
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Work closely with our team to ensure high-quality training and education
  • Support learners with their functional skills, including English and maths
  • Complete administrative and planning tasks using Google Suite and internal platforms and systems

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience at Care Manager, Registered Manager, Deputy Care Manager level
  • A Level 3 qualification in Adult Care (or similar)
  • Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths
  • A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region
