About the Role:
As an Adult Care Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and education to adult care apprentices. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training and education to adult care apprentices
- Develop and implement training programs
- Work closely with our team to ensure high-quality training and education
- Support learners with their functional skills, including English and maths
- Complete administrative and planning tasks using Google Suite and internal platforms and systems
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience at Care Manager, Registered Manager, Deputy Care Manager level
- A Level 3 qualification in Adult Care (or similar)
- Have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 2 (GCSE) qualification in English and maths
- A valid Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle for travel within your region
