About the Role: As an Adult Care Trainer, you will work with adult care apprentices in their care homes and online, utilising your industry knowledge to train the next generation of care professionals. Your responsibilities will include meeting new apprentices, discussing their learning needs, supporting them with functional skills, visiting employers to provide feedback on their apprentices' skills, and developing relationships with these organisations.
