About the Role

As a Vocational Trainer for Adult Care, you will be responsible for coaching and supporting apprentices throughout their course, guiding them on their learning journey and providing them with the support they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Delivering a blend of virtual and face-to-face sessions with your apprentices and their employers, travelling to different employer sites and workplaces throughout your region.
Helping your learners advance through their qualifications using a variety of methods, including careful observation, assessing their work products, gathering written evidence, and engaging in professional discussions.
You will make sure all the regulatory and financial information for each apprentice is accurate and properly maintained.

About You

We are seeking individuals with the following skills and experience:

Demonstrable experience in an Adult Care setting, with experience of working at a supervisory level, you will also need a sound understanding of the Care Act and CQC requirements.
A Level 3 or above qualification in Adult Care (or similar)
Administration is a significant aspect of this role, so having good computer literacy is essential.
