About Coram Ambitious for Adoption
Coram Ambitious for Adoption Regional Adoption Agency (RAA) operates as a commissioned Voluntary Adoption Agency, delivering essential adoption support services and family finding for various local authority partners. The post holder will be part of the Redbridge team, contributing to the broader RAA network across London and nearby regions. The hub services include the recruitment, assessment, and support of Coram-approved adopters, based at the Coram Campus in London.
The post holder will be employed by Coram, a service with a proven history of effectively serving children and receiving outstanding ratings from regulatory bodies. The mission of the Regional Adoption Agency is to ensure that all children with an adoption plan are given every opportunity to realize that ambition and receive appropriate support as their needs evolve.

The post holder will take the lead in family finding efforts while also supporting the team in providing statutory post-adoption services, including assessments for post-adoption support and applications to the Adoption Support Fund for local families.
The successful candidate will join a small, supportive team focused on developing practice and skills in this vital area.
