Job Title: Senior ILS Engineer

Marshall is seeking a highly skilled Senior ILS Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Defence Systems Engineering department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ILS tasks in accordance with Def Stan and customer specifications.
  • Identify problem areas in the design that could impact product cost and supportability, and recommend alternative solutions.
  • Undertake Reliability tasks in accordance with Def Stan 00-40 and customer specifications.
  • Populate the Logistic Support Analysis Record with analysis carried out in accordance with Def Stan and customer specifications.
  • Provide support to the Proposals Department in writing ILS plans for tender proposals.
  • Ensure tasks are completed in an appropriate and timely manner to meet customer requirements.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent with knowledge of MLS military shelter systems, MAX MRP System, Defence Standards and Environments.
  • Awareness of military support skills and capabilities.
  • Full understanding of Quality Management and Control systems.
  • Knowledge and use of ILS, Reliability and Maintainability software (including Windchill-RELEX).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills to clearly express views and ideas.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff both internally and externally.
