Senior ILS Engineer

Marshall is seeking a highly skilled Senior ILS Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ILS solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ILS solutions in accordance with Def Stan and customer specifications.
  • Conduct reliability and maintainability analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ILS solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues and customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ILS.
Requirements:
  • Engineering degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of MLS military shelter systems, MAX MRP System, Defence Standards and Environments.
  • Awareness of military support skills and capabilities.
  • Full understanding of Quality Management and Control systems.
  • Knowledge and use of ILS, Reliability and Maintainability software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
