Director of Community Engagement

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Admissions team at Winchester College. As Director of Community Management, you will be responsible for overseeing enrolments and ensuring a smooth experience for our students and families.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position, reporting directly to the Headmaster and line managing the Admissions team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase student enrolments, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer service.
As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will contribute to the development of the College's strategic plan and ensure alignment with our mission and values.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Admissions team to achieve enrolment targets and improve student satisfaction
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with the Registrar to ensure seamless communication with students and families
- Manage the admissions process, including application review and decision-making
- Provide exceptional customer service to students, families, and staff
