We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at a renowned luxury private housebuilder. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will play a vital role in the success of our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee cost control of residential developments, including bill of quantities, take-offs, and monthly valuations.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure projects are progressing as planned.
  • Collaborate with the Estimator to produce cost estimates for upcoming sites.
  • Support the Commercial team in feasibility studies and project planning.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential construction, with a strong understanding of cost control and estimation.
