Job Title: Graduate Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our Senior Quantity Surveyors in delivering high-quality projects across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Quantity Surveying and Construction, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. If you are a recent Graduate looking for your first role as a Quantity Surveyor, we offer full financial support for a RICS accredited Higher Education course and full RICS APC support to enable you to become Chartered.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of fields, including marine work with the RNLI and commercial clients. You will be responsible for preparing take-off reports, ensuring works are valued and payment obtained in accordance with contract terms, and assisting with the preparation of estimates and cost plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Senior Quantity Surveyors in delivering projects
  • Prepare take-off reports and ensure works are valued and payment obtained
  • Assist with the preparation of estimates and cost plans
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety Requirements
  • Site travels as required
Requirements:
  • RICS accredited degree in Quantity Surveying
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong computer skills
  • Keen to forge a career and progress within the industry
  • Full driving license
