Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Focus Management Consultants. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading maintenance activities, conducting repairs, and implementing improvements across our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate maintenance activities, including planned and unplanned maintenance, to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of electrical and mechanical equipment, including industrial control systems, PLCs, and packaging machines.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvement projects, and lead the implementation of these projects to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel, and ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Requirements:

  • Time-served and qualified engineer with experience in mechanical and electrical engineering.
  • Proven track record of success in maintenance and repair, with a focus on electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including health and safety protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
