About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our team at Focus Management Consultants. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing maintenance and improvement projects across our factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and breakdown maintenance activities
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on a range of electrical and mechanical equipment, including industrial control systems, PLCs, and packaging machines
  • Plan and lead capital expenditure (Capex) and improvement projects to enhance factory efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements:

  • Time-served and qualified engineer with experience in mechanical and electrical engineering
  • Proven track record of working in the FMCG, Food, or Packaging industry
  • Strong understanding of industrial control systems, PLCs, and packaging machines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
