Job Title: Multi-Skilled Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our Responsive team at Sanctuary Property Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties across various sites in the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications
  • Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in good condition
  • Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, by resolving problems or setting into motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
  • Provide accurate and timely information on the progress of works that is easily understood by the customer
  • Participate in our Out of Hours emergency cover on a rota
Requirements:
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (wet trades, carpentry, joinery, plumbing)
  • Full valid UK driving licence
