Position Summary:

This role presents a unique chance to join a vibrant team engaged in various projects within the Engineering and Delivery division at Expro Well Intervention & Integrity. The successful candidate will undertake a range of engineering responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor/Manager to facilitate project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and evaluate pertinent engineering documentation in accordance with industry norms and Expro's established protocols
  • Record engineering documents in the PDM system and modify them as required
  • Actively participate in engineering discussions and design evaluations with both internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with other departments and regional teams to ensure compliance with processes and standards
  • Support operational teams and workshops during equipment assembly, testing, validation, and operations as needed
  • Perform all tasks in line with Expro's quality benchmarks, procedures, and policies
  • Incorporate feedback and insights from engineering and operations for ongoing improvement
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of operational and workshop activities, and conduct comprehensive investigations to determine root causes and preventive actions for future occurrences
  • Engage in testing, trials, and qualification assessments of new products or equipment to determine their suitability

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Previous experience in a similar industry is advantageous
  • Knowledge of technical software tools such as AutoCAD, Mathcad, and PDM systems is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Word)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills
