About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Therapeutic Recovery Worker to join our team at Phoenix Futures. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals impacted by substance use and associated needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a small caseload of individuals, assessing their needs and developing personalized recovery plans.
  • Develop and implement therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual, including employment, education, and health.
  • Coordinate services from referral to discharge, ensuring a seamless transition for our residents.
  • Support the day-to-day running of our therapeutic community, promoting a culture of recovery and well-being.
  • Deliver therapeutic groups, activities, and specialist interventions in accordance with our TC manual and service needs.
Requirements
  • Understanding of complex issues presented by individuals in drug and alcohol recovery.
  • Experience working with individuals in the substance use sector or related field.
  • Ability to be innovative and flexible in meeting service needs.
  • Effective working relationships with multi-agencies, maintaining our excellent reputation.
  • Knowledge of adult protection and working with vulnerable adults in a residential setting.
