Responsibilities:
  • Support the lead educator in implementing lesson plans and caring for children.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your supervision.
  • Design and facilitate engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of the children.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.

Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Patience and sensitivity in dealing with children's needs.
  • Previous experience in childcare settings.
  • Relevant qualifications such as CACHE Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
  • An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
