Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the educator in delivering lessons and caring for the children
  • Possess essential safeguarding experience and knowledge
  • Develop engaging activities for the children in your care
  • Understand and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Commit to providing high-quality education and support for children's growth and development
  • Approach teaching and learning with enthusiasm, creativity, and innovation
  • Adapt to support a diverse range of children across various nursery rooms

Qualifications:

  • Genuine enthusiasm for working with children
  • Patience and sensitivity
  • Experience in childcare

Additional Requirements:

  • CACHE Level 2 or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (Sponsorship not available for this role)
