Key Responsibilities:
- Gain insights into customer requirements and manage them through design and qualification processes.
- Support the implementation of industry-standard systems engineering practices.
- Serve as the focal point for Systems Engineering and Requirements Management.
- Establish a robust framework for requirements management.

- Contribute to the development and execution of the Systems Engineering Vision.

Qualifications:
- Degree in a relevant STEM field or equivalent experience.
- Experience in requirements management and verification/validation within Systems Engineering.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Project.
- Familiarity with PLM Systems, preferably Teamcenter.
- Experience with DOORS or similar requirements management tools.
