Employment Type: Permanent, 40 hours per week
Compensation: £14.72 per hour (includes 17.5% shift allowance)

Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safe and efficient transportation of passengers and staff in both landside and airside areas.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, enhancing the travel experience for all passengers.
- Assist travelers with their luggage, ensuring secure placement within the vehicle.
- Comply with all P.C.V. (Passenger Carrying Vehicle) laws and regulations, as well as the Road Traffic Act.
- Stay informed about current DDA and PCV regulations.
- Report any vehicle issues or parking equipment concerns to the Customer Transport Manager to maintain safety and comfort.
- Notify the Customer Transport Manager of any suspicious activities or damaged vehicles encountered during operations.
- Prepare official reports regarding incidents as necessary to uphold customer service standards and corporate guidelines.
- Promptly report any lost property items discovered during shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of vehicles at all times.
Given the nature of airport operations, flexibility is crucial, as this role requires availability for a 24/7 schedule, including both day and night shifts.
Qualifications for SuccessApplicants must possess a clean driving record and have held a PCV license for a minimum of two years. An NVQ Level 2 in customer service or passenger transport is advantageous.
Additionally, candidates should hold a valid CPC driver validation card with no outstanding modules. Please ensure you bring a printout of all completed CPC modules to the interview.
