Position: Business Support Assistant

Location: Bridgwater

Salary: Circa GBP24,000 + annual bonus and benefits

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish purpose and direction for OGSM deliverables.
  • Oversee payroll and HR administration, including time and attendance tracking and holiday management.
  • Assist with site personnel processes.
  • Process purchase orders and reconcile invoices.
  • Recognize the impact of personal and team actions on achieving site/business OGSM and overall profitability.
  • Manage the ordering of uniforms and PPE, including stock control and distribution of cleaning and stationery supplies.
  • Generate and distribute reports for the site.
  • Exhibit leadership in health and safety by promoting the Müller safety culture.
  • Handle general office and facilities management, including hospitality coordination as needed.
  • Ensure site communications are current, including notice boards and newsletter distribution.
  • Maintain professional communication with all contacts.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for the site, performing reception duties when necessary.
  • Investigate credit control claims.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities within the workplace and develop them into personal projects.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of site events.
  • Provide support during instances of annual leave as needed.
  • Facilitate site inductions and onboarding processes.
