This position will be heavily focused on customer engagement, working within a well-established team to assist with incoming customer orders and inquiries. The role is office-based and is closely supported by the technical department.


The primary objective of this role is to cultivate strong relationships with the existing international client base to process both standard and customized orders and quotes, foster new business opportunities, and ensure complete client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities of a Client Relationship Manager:

  • Proven experience in Customer Account Management within the Electronics sector is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional customer-facing skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined individual.
  • Capability to manage conflicting priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player.
