About the RoleAs our new Catering Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Catering Team in providing healthy and inviting meals for our residents.
You will manage the day-to-day running of the kitchen, preparing and serving food, and understanding the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that our Catering Team complies with food hygiene standards, completes relevant checks, and maintains accurate records.
Additionally, you will lead and manage your Catering Team members, providing induction, training, and support as required.
