About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Katie Bard. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our Managing Director and other senior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the diary and schedule of the Managing Director, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and appointments.
  • Provide expert secretarial support, including minute-taking, document preparation, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Director, handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling meetings and conferences.
  • Provide project support on an ad-hoc basis, utilizing your expertise to drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business requirements and connections to intervene where necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant in a similar role within a large national or international organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
