We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our team at Kenect Professional. As a key member of our insurance brokerage, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Policy Checking: Work on new business and renewals, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Negotiating Terms: Collaborate with clients to negotiate and manage mid-term adjustments, driving business growth and retention.
  • Client Support: Provide day-to-day support to account executives, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Market Presentations: Prepare and deliver market presentations to clients, showcasing our expertise and services.
  • Risk Registers: Prepare and maintain risk registers, identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of commercial insurance account handling experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Proactive and confident in building and maintaining client and insurer relationships.
  • Previous experience using Acturis software is beneficial, but training can be provided.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Previous insurance experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the current insurance market is desirable.
  • Insurance qualifications are desirable.
