**Insurance Account Handler / Senior Account Handler**

**Lichfield, WS13**

**Salary: £22,000 - £35,000 per annum (DOE) plus benefits**

**09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday)**

**The Company**:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established Insurance Brokers based in the heart of Lichfield. Due to continued growth in the business they now have a full time office based position for Insurance Account Handlers to join their busy and vibrant team, offering a great place to further your experience and career.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working on new business and renewals.
- Negotiating terms and managing client’s mid-term adjustments.
- Maintaining and updating diary records
- Keep accurate client records on Acturis
- Visiting clients when required.
- Adapt to the culture of a Brokerage & the levels of client service that our client provides.

**Technical Knowledge / Qualifications**:

- Highly focused on delivering excellent customer service
- Proactive and confident in building and maintaining client and insurer relationships.
- Previous experience using Acturis software is beneficial but not essential as training can be provided.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous insurance experience is desirable
- Knowledge of Current Insurance Market is desirable
- Insurance Qualifications are desirable
