We are seeking an experienced Executive Search Consultant to join our team at HS Resourcing Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, communicating with, and managing candidates on behalf of our clients.

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be working with clients to understand their recruitment needs and providing them with high-quality candidates who meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough searches of all available databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Work with external researchers and outsourcers to gain referrals and recommendations.
  • Proactively approach suitable candidates to discuss their interest in the role.
  • Manage communication with candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Run pre-screening and competency interviews on behalf of clients to identify compatibility with their vacancies.
  • Monitor and track activity to deliver valuable market insights.
About You

We are looking for experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants with a proven track record of success who want to move into the Executive Search arena.

  • A basic salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
  • Plus 33% commission on fees that start at £20k and go up to £50k.
