Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team in Portsmouth. As a key member of our specialist customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage high volumes of customer calls and emails, providing timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Assist customers with booking car services, MOTs, and repairs, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of requests.
  • Liaise with third-party providers to resolve customer complaints and issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Process and input customer data with high accuracy, ensuring seamless administration and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and supportive team environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing high call volumes and providing exceptional customer service in a telephone-based environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong IT skills, with proficiency in computer systems and software applications.
  • A "can-do" attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
