About the Role

We are seeking an experienced EUD Engineer to join our client's team on a temporary basis. As an EUD Engineer, you will play a crucial role in providing an excellent customer experience to our client's user base, delivering prompt support in line with business impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to our client's user base, troubleshooting and resolving EUD incidents, requests, and problems, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements.
  • Identify patterns and trends within the EUD services and proactively raise them as problems to improve service delivery.
  • Support the scheduling of moves, projects, events, and technology provisions, providing a proactive service to meet business needs.
  • Deliver services to the agreed Key Performance Indicators, User Experience Agreements, and Service Level Agreements, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Follow processes and procedures, with a strong focus on asset management governance, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Identify service improvements within the EUD service delivery and escalate them to the EUD Senior Engineers to enhance service quality.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in ICT operational delivery, with a proven track record of supporting Windows 10, smartphones, laptops, and desktops.
  • Proven experience in resolving incidents, requests, and problems, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent customer experience ethos, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel to different locations across multiple forces and undertake assignments in a timely manner.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation or ITIL V4 equivalent certification is desirable.
