About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our business by maintaining and building high-level relationships with major client accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in maintaining and building relationships with key client accounts
  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis to ensure any queries are dealt with swiftly
  • Process customer orders within 24 hours of receipt
  • Regularly communicate with the warehouse team to ensure effective fulfillment of orders
  • Monitor sales orders to ensure delivery deadlines are being met
  • Chase and manage sales forecasts from customers
  • Manage forward orders, back orders, and forecasted stock
  • Deal with credit issues and provide information to the relevant internal department
  • Raise and manage overseas factory orders
  • Monitor sales and work with the management team to push sales and identify opportunities
  • Assist with online product upload and listing
Requirements
  • Experience in a sales, buying, or merchandising administrator role
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Enjoys working as part of a wider team
