We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Product Supply and Logistics team in one of our fastest-growing Hubs across the International Business Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end supply chain of Lilly products across all NE Hub Countries, ensuring seamless operations and commercial processes.

Manage commercial & operational execution of delivery through third-party logistics providers, working closely with Global Business Solution (GBS in Cork) to ensure all Order to Cash business processes are compliantly executed.

Lead local governance and communication, ensuring timely review and accurate demand statement is available to manufacturing.

Operational analytics: review trends and execute on necessary supply decisions.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of supply chain operational and commercial experience, with a strong commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences.

Skills:

Strong leadership and influence, bold strategic thinking, and the ability to successfully work across functions and with external partners.
