Transformative HR Role

We are seeking an Associate Director of Asset Management to join our Human Resources team and support transformative initiatives in HR. This role will be responsible for optimizing HR processes and leveraging strategies to enhance the employee and client experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving successful organizational change and strong leadership skills. Experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform, process mapping, and possessing strong business acumen, adept diplomatic relationship management, collaborative abilities, and excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support HR transformation solutions to optimize the employee experience in alignment with Seneca's strategic plan.
  • Support the Executive Director of HR Transformation and Change and the HR team in operationalizing and evolving HR strategic priorities.
  • Implement process improvements to support in the delivery of a cohesive HR experience.
  • Develop and implement short and long-term strategic organizational transformation plans and ensures they are aligned with change management strategies and transformation initiatives.
  • Lead programs and projects using innovative, agile and project management tools and techniques in the strategic development, change management and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Act as an incubation area for any strategic initiatives within the HR department leveraging a project-based approach, while always applying a human-centred design and systems thinking to understand and improve the end-to-end service experience.
  • Assess and measuring the success of delivered outcomes and makes iterative changes where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary credential or equivalent experience supporting HR transformations, HR technology, and strategic planning.
  • PROSCI Change Management Certification or similar credential is an asset.
  • Experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow platform, and with process mapping.
  • Strong business acumen, adept diplomatic relationship management, collaborative abilities, and excellent communication skills.
