Job Title: Associate Director

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director to join our team at Lilly. As a key member of our Product Supply and Logistics team, you will play a critical role in delivering medicine to patients across the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, and Iceland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dedicated team of professionals in the UK, Ireland, and Denmark, driving excellence in logistics and commercial processes.
  • Oversee individual logistic service providers (LSPs) and distributors across multiple countries, ensuring seamless operations and commercial processes.
  • Drive efficiency and improvements in our operation, leveraging technology and AI to drive efficiency.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of supply chain operational and commercial experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related healthcare industry.
  • An unwavering commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences, demonstrated through marketing/sales, medical, compliance, project roles, operational, procurement, or other areas.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and influence with internal and external groups.
  • Bold, strategic thinking, with the ability to challenge the status quo and innovate to achieve goals.
  • Curious and proactive, with high learning agility and the ability to successfully work across functions and with external partners.
