Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our dynamic Product Supply and Logistics division within a rapidly expanding International Business Unit. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the seamless flow of pharmaceutical products from manufacturing to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of supply chain professionals across the UK, Ireland, and Denmark, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Oversee the management of logistics service providers and distributors in multiple countries, ensuring efficient and reliable delivery networks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain resilience.
  • Provide strategic direction for the end-to-end supply chain of pharmaceutical products, encompassing procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
  • Manage pricing strategies, commercial schemes, and business-to-business relationships to maximize value and profitability.
  • Lead strategic projects, leveraging technology and data analytics to drive innovation and enhance supply chain performance.

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in supply chain management and commercial operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and building lasting relationships with stakeholders.
