Compliance Manager - Water Treatment

A leading Water Treatment business with a strong history of providing essential compliance services is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their team.

As a Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing annual accreditation audits, overseeing company policies and standards, performing audits, developing procedures, and assessing risks.

You will also be responsible for enforcing policies and ensuring legal and ethical integrity of the business, collaborating with other departments, and developing and implementing policies and strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience in compliance management, risk assessment, and policy development, and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage annual accreditation audits
  2. Oversee company policies and standards to ensure adherence to rules and regulations
  3. Perform audits, develop procedures, and assess risks
  4. Enforce policies and ensure legal and ethical integrity of the business
  5. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and finance
  6. Develop and implement policies and strategies
  7. Work in conjunction with the Water Treatment team on hygiene & treatment projects

Requirements:

  • Experience in compliance management, risk assessment, and policy development
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
