About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our patients to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in patient care and other ward-related duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients, including activities in which the post holder has been assessed as competent by a Registered Nurse.
  • Support the other staff and contribute to a team approach to support with patient care in conjunction with nursing colleagues and all members of the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Work in accordance with the Trust values and hospital policies at all times.
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience in a caring role.
  • Previous experience in acute healthcare (desirable).
