- Experience of working in a demanding and fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and income targets.
- Experience of managing and implementing safeguarding processes.
- Excellent working knowledge of Further Education enrolment and reporting systems.
- Excellent understanding of Adult Skills Funding and Apprenticeship funding rules and audit requirements.
- A highly effective communicator who can engage with staff and students at all levels.
