About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as Assistant Director of Support for our Adult Education and Apprenticeships business unit. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to achieve income targets and implement systems to support student success.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director to develop and implement strategies to achieve outstanding results.
  • Ensure the provision of a comprehensive and efficient student support service.
  • Manage and implement safeguarding processes to ensure the well-being of our students.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a demanding and fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and income targets.
  • Experience of managing and implementing safeguarding processes.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Further Education enrolment and reporting systems.
  • Excellent understanding of Adult Skills Funding and Apprenticeship funding rules and audit requirements.
  • A highly effective communicator who can engage with staff and students at all levels.
