Overview:

Peterhouse, renowned for its rich history and commitment to fostering an inclusive atmosphere, is on the lookout for a passionate Welfare Officer to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering pastoral care to all members of our community, ensuring a nurturing and secure environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging proactively with the College community at all levels
  • Organizing non-medical welfare initiatives
  • Providing guidance to students regarding available welfare services
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all communications

Qualifications and Skills:

The successful candidate will demonstrate a high degree of emotional intelligence, compassion, and a solid background in working with diverse populations. Previous experience in pastoral roles is essential, along with an understanding of collegiate university environments.
