About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at CDL Software. As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development of our core product, working closely with our software delivery engineering team to deliver high-value products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customer and end-user needs, and use this knowledge to inform product development decisions.
  • Work with our software delivery engineering team to design, develop, and deliver high-quality products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with our product management team to develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with our company strategy.
  • Manage the interface with our insurance aggregator platforms and drive new innovative ways to create value for CDL and our clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with our customers and stakeholders to ensure that our products meet their needs and expectations.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience working with cloud-based solutions in a Software as a Service environment.
  • Experience in a similar role working as a Product Owner/Manager within a software delivery and agile environment.
  • Experience working with web applications, Apache Camel, and APIs.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience working with clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and understanding of numerous agile approaches and how they affect delivery.
  • An excellent self-organizer, with experience in getting work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
